We try to ship your order as quickly as possible - if you order by 3 p.m., we can guarantee that. As soon as your order is on its way, we will notify you by email. You can then look forward to your package in real time via shipment tracking.

Austria :
Parcels within Austria are usually delivered within one to two working days.*

Germany : Parcels to Germany are usually delivered within two to three working days.*

Wouldn't it be absurd to receive a package even though the sender is only three streets away from home? At least we think so and admittedly want to do something for our health.

That's why all orders in the Graz city area (8010 + 8020) are not sweat-free but completely CO2-free to your home by bike. Simply select “bicycle delivery in the city of Graz” during the ordering process and we will bring your package to your home personally. On request, of course, also completely contactless - just write us a short info in the comments.

We want to make all our decisions in a sustainable and fair manner towards our fellow human beings and nature. When it comes to packaging, as is so often the case, there is no ultimate wisdom.

What we do know, however, is that our soaps not only linger on the skin with a gentle scent of lavender, but that our bottles will continue to exist creatively both inside and outside of our own four walls. As a flower vase, as a glass for the homemade syrup or for your own individual solution.

When the point has come, you can simply throw our glass bottle into the used glass container and thus clear the way for reincarnation into the new glass. Because glass packaging produced in Austria consists on average of all colours, shapes and sizes of 2/3 waste glass.

Lavender naturally contains linalool. Linalool is a monohydric alcohol that belongs to the group of monoterpenes and is often found in the essential oils of various herbs. The substance is colorless, combustible and has a pronounced fragrant odor.

Medicinally, linalool usually plays an important role in aromatherapy applications. There it is used as a sedative and for indigestion. Some studies even attest to the substance's anti-inflammatory properties.

This means that some of our products naturally contain linalool. On the other hand, you will never find ethyl alcohol, which is contained in alcoholic beverages, in our products. Promised.

Our lavender liquid soap has a shelf life of at least six months after opening. Please note the cream pot symbol on the back (6M = at least 6 months).

Our solid lavender soap is 100% handmade. This is why discolouration can also occur here after a certain period of time. Don't worry, this is perfectly normal. In principle, however, it also applies here that it can be kept for at least 6 months after the first use.

Due to its natural properties, our Lavender Room Oil can be used for 24 months after opening.

Simply place your soaps like Lavender Hand Wash or Lavender Hand Soap where it makes the most sense for your daily use. But if you store the soaps, please make sure that you store them in a dry and dark place.

We are proud that all of our products are 100% vegan and not tested on animals. Because March products should not only be gentle on your skin and nose, but also be as gentle as possible on the environment. So we try to shape each of our steps as much as possible in harmony with fellow human beings, animals and nature.

Our lavender liquid soap surrounds you like a spring walk in March. The clear winter air still surrounds your face, but here and there the first spring flowers are already blooming: tart, spicy and slightly sweet.

When we send our lavender liquid soap on a trip, it can happen that it is in the cold for a long time. Then it could be that the soap arrives with a different consistency. This change is purely visual, temporary and of course harmless. But don't worry, after 1-2 days in a warm room, our liquid soap will return to its original consistency. The soap in no way loses quality, but only shows that it contains natural ingredients that can sometimes get cold.
